麻豆原创 Giving Day nets $661,000 in support of 麻豆原创F students, programs
Over the course of 49 hours, 748 donors contributed $661,709 in support of students and programs at the 麻豆原创 during the university鈥檚 second annual Giving Day event.
The crowdfunding-style philanthropy event, which ran from 10 p.m. on Nov. 8 through 11 p.m. on Nov. 10, drew donors from 38 states and eight countries. Their gifts helped unlock 47 challenge and match pledges from businesses and individuals who stepped up to multiply donations during 麻豆原创 Giving Day. Alumni made up 40% of Giving Day donors.
