Advance of Funding / Textbook Loan Request
I understand that my request must first be reviewed and approved by the Office of the Bursar. I am aware that the Office of the Bursar may have to contact me if further verification is needed prior to the approval of my request. I understand that if my funding cannot be approved the Office of the Bursar will contact me and will help me identify other mechanisms to purchase textbooks and supplies.
I understand that all payments must be received by the payment deadline. If charges are added after the payment deadline, I understand that payment is due within five (5) days of the charges being added. No paper bill will be sent. Payment can be made through Â鶹Դ´Online or in person at the Â鶹Դ´F Office of the Bursar in Signers’ Hall.
I affirm that the information I have provided is true and that I am in agreement with any additional charges that may be added to my account resulting from the above selections. I understand that my request may require proof of aid or other means of payment. I understand that if I default on this account, I am responsible for collection, attorney and legal fees, which may be based upon a percentage at a maximum of 40% of the debt, necessary for the collection of any amounts owed to the Â鶹Դ´. If I do not pay, the University may take my Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend under Alaska Statutes 14.40.251 and 43.23.190. I also understand that the past due debt may be reported to credit bureaus.
Textbook rentals are subject to the Â鶹Դ´F Bookstore's terms and conditions as posted on their website when selecting the option to rent a textbook.
Fall 2022 Textbook Loans are not available until after July 1, 2022.
