As authorized by Board of Regents Policy P01.02.080.C.4.a, I delegate authority for determining whether to investigate alleged misconduct more than three years old to the Directors of  [...] and Compliance at each university. When an investigation is initiated under this policy, directors will provide immediate reporting to me, the respective chancellor, and the Chief [...] and Compliance Officer. For cases that do not proceed to an investigation, please provide a quarterly report to me, the respective Chancellor and the Chief [...] and Compliance Officer with case details. Please work with the Chief [...] and Compliance Officer on the format of the reports, and submit your quarterly reports by January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 for the previous quarter.
