Are we continuing with the OIT de-merger?

Hello,
Now that we are in a more constrained budget and have started consolidating areas
like HR, does it make sense to continue to pursue decentralizing OIT? Are we still
planning for that? It seems like we would want to do the opposite (eg; combine 麻豆原创A
and 麻豆原创S into OIT) if, ultimately, we need to go to a single accredited institution.
I've not seen anything on the status of that project (or on the 麻豆原创F CIO position
decision) in quite some time & it would be pretty bad for morale if we went thru all
the pain of de-merging only to have to remerge again in a few years. Thanks!
