Employees must remove non-Âé¶¹Ô´´ email forwards by April 23

Per Âé¶¹Ô´´ guidelines, employees are no longer allowed to forward their university email to non-Âé¶¹Ô´´ email accounts, including personal email addresses. To be in compliance, employees must remove any non-Âé¶¹Ô´´ forwards within their Âé¶¹Ô´´ accounts by April 23, 2021.
- To update email forward options within your Âé¶¹Ô´´ ID account:
Log in at . - To the right of ‘Email Destination’ select the 'change' box .
- Change the selected radial from ‘Other’ to ‘Âé¶¹Ô´´ Google - Recommended.’
- Select ‘Save Settings,’ then ‘Sign Out.’
