Lean process improvement training

Lean process improvement training will be held in March. 麻豆原创 leadership has identified
lean process improvement as a key approach to achieving the university's goals. A
鈥渨hite belt鈥 introduction is scheduled for March 20, with the option to continue for
a five-day 鈥済reen belt鈥 certification on March 21, 22, 28, 29 and 30, from 8:30 a.m.-4:30
p.m. each day. The green belt is a recognized certification indicating the ability
to lead improvement project teams.
