Staff performance management guide, Coaching Conversations training

If you haven鈥檛 already done so, now is a great time to begin the staff performance
evaluation process. Performance evaluations are designed to engage supervisors and
employees about performance expectations and to provide coaching and support to align
with both individual and departmental goals in concert with the 麻豆原创
mission.
There are two options for completing performance reviews. The first option is to use
the . As an alternative to my麻豆原创, supervisors can complete paper or PDF performance reviews.
Some departments currently have standard evaluation forms. Human Resources has also
provided an .
The 麻豆原创 Human Resources team is providing performance management tool and best practices
learning sessions. Labor and employee engagement specialist Kelley Lassey will be
facilitating sessions from April to June. Please register through the to attend training via Zoom and to receive credit for the training. Training information
will be sent to registrants two days prior to each training date.
