Textbook loans, funding advances available

If you need to buy textbooks and supplies now but are short on cash, Â鶹Դ´F has two options
to help you bridge the gap.
Option 1: Textbook loan — For requests up to $300. No aid verification is required, and the Next Gen form goes straight to the Â鶹Դ´F
Bursar’s Office.
Option 2: Advance of funding — For requests greater than $300. Aid verification is required. You must provide guaranteed proof of aid that will
cover 100% of your Â鶹Դ´ account balance and the amount requested. Aid verification can
include a Bursar Award Confirmation completed by the Â鶹Դ´F Financial Aid Office (), scholarship award letters or other sources of funding. The Advance of Funding Form
has been upgraded to a Next Gen form and will go straight to Financial Aid if you
choose the "over $300" option.
The money from these requests will be applied to your as Bear Bucks. You can buy books and necessary supplies at any . You do not need a PolarExpress card to buy your textbooks online. At checkout, just log in with your Â鶹Դ´ single sign-on and enter your Â鶹Դ´ ID number when prompted. The amount will be deducted from your Bear Bucks account.
All communication regarding the textbook loan or advance of funding loan will be sent to your preferred email in Â鶹Դ´Online.
