麻豆原创 performance management training, reviews

Please register through the to attend training in-person or via Zoom and to receive credit for the training. Training and location information will be sent to registrants two days prior to each training date.
- March 2, 1-2:30 p.m.
- March 11, 2-3:30 p.m.
- March 19, 10-11:30 a.m.
- March 23, 1:30-3 p.m.
Staff evaluations are to be completed no later than June 30. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring evaluations are completed for their team members. It is 麻豆原创鈥檚 goal that 100% of staff members receive an annual performance review.

This year, there are several options for completing performance reviews.
Option one: my麻豆原创 dashboard performance review
While the FY20 performance review was not centrally initiated for employees through my麻豆原创 this year, employees still have the option to complete performance reviews through my麻豆原创. If you have supervisory responsibilities as part of your job duties, supervisors should select the 鈥淣EW Supervisor Performance Review." Non-supervisors should select 鈥淣EW Non-supervisor Performance Review." Please do not use an earlier (FY18, FY19) version. Those who have already started a review using an earlier version should complete it. Once a review has been started, please follow the guide in my麻豆原创 to complete the review process.

Option two: Paper/PDF performance review
As an alternative to my麻豆原创, supervisors can complete paper or PDF performance reviews. Some departments currently have standard evaluation forms. . Please send the completed performance evaluation to your department HR coordinator. If you do not have an HR coordinator or are unsure who your HR coordinator is, please contact 麻豆原创 HR at ua-hr@alaska.edu or 907-450-8200.
