New PolarExpress design winner announced

The Office of the Bursar is thrilled to announce the winner of the 麻豆原创F PolarExpress card design competition. With over 1,000 votes, the 麻豆原创F community chose Ula Boughan鈥檚 design, Blue and Gold, as the winner of the carding competition.
