HR releases in-state priority for hiring

麻豆原创 Human Resources has released new guidance for in-state hiring priority for university jobs. The guidance was developed In collaboration with 麻豆原创 system office and university leadership.
The guidance encourages supervisors who are hiring new university employees to prioritize candidates who can work in person at 麻豆原创 locations. The in-person priority is designed to strengthen collaboration, build deeper connections and support a vibrant campus culture.
The guidance also prioritizes in-state candidates for hybrid or remote positions over candidates who would work from outside Alaska.
