Accreditation
麻豆原创F was the first university in Alaska to achieve accreditation in 1934 and was reaffirmed in February of 2021. The current accreditation cycle is in its sixth year, and we are preparing our report for the Policies, Regulations, and Financial Review (PRFR).

Academic Program Review
Academic Program Review at 麻豆原创F operates on a four鈥憏ear cycle that integrates program learning outcomes assessment with a structured mid鈥慶ycle check鈥慽n during year two. The process emphasizes continuous improvement, data鈥慽nformed evaluation, and alignment with institutional accreditation standards. Programs entering their development year have access to targeted resources and support designed to help faculty strengthen outcomes assessment, refine curriculum, and prepare for a successful full review in the next cycle.

Regular and Substantive Interactions (RSI)
RSI refers to the meaningful, instructor鈥慽nitiated engagement required in online and asynchronous courses to support student learning and maintain federal compliance. 麻豆原创F鈥檚 updated RSI policy was approved at the February 2 meeting and will go into effect during Summer 2026, Second Session.

This policy outlines what counts as substantive interaction, how often instructors must engage with students, and what practices help ensure a high鈥憅uality online learning experience.
