The Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA) oversees 麻豆原创F's Title IX compliance efforts.
The office works with many other groups and programs to reach these goals.
What is Title IX?
Title IX is a federal civil rights law that prohibits sex discrimination in education. All members of the university community and visitors have the right to be free from all forms of gender and sex-based discrimination, including sexual violence, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking.
What is covered?
Title IX covers behaviors committed within university programs or activities. This includes behaviors on campus, in the field, during travel, and online using university resources.
